Nikole Wilson-Ripsom provides research and communications support to Future 500′s administrative team. With more than 20 years of non-profit organizational experience, Ms. Wilson-Ripsom has been instrumental in creating new non-profit organizations (NPOs), as well as in the daily administration, long-term planning, implementation of special marketing projects, and fundraising for a number of Bay Area NPOs. Ms. Wilson-Ripsom has also worked as an editor of children’s books, and a finder of on-air talent for a grassroots radio station.
She holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of California at Berkeley, where she also obtained her undergraduate degrees in Mass Communications and African American Literature. She spends her free time with her young son and working on issues related to public education reform, special needs legislation, and food and nutrition.
